Introducing the DML Health Newsletter: Your Guide to Navigating a Changing Health Landscape

The world of health is undergoing a seismic shift. From Robert Kennedy Jr.’s mission to “Make America Healthy Again” to the rapid rise of AI, we’re uncovering groundbreaking insights into our food, medicines, diets, and the often murky world of manipulated reports and misleading advertisements. It’s a lot to process, and the stakes couldn’t be higher—our well-being depends on separating fact from fiction. That’s why I’m launching the DML Health Newsletter, a reliable resource to break down the noise and deliver the truth about all things that fall under the umbrella of health and wellness.

I’m not a doctor, and I don’t pretend to be.
But my investigative nature drives me to dig deep, unveil hidden truths, and ask the tough questions: What’s good for us? What’s harmful? What’s just noise? I’ve spent years honing this approach in the areas of news and politics, and now I’m adding a focus onto health, a field rife with confusion and contradiction. The DML Health Newsletter isn’t about prescribing solutions—it’s about opening your eyes to the realities of medicine and healthcare.

Unlike my other newsletters, such as the 47 Report and DML Report, this newsletter doesn’t follow a rigid outline. It will always be short (shorter than this introduction), and it’ll be a potluck of insights — delivered straight to your inbox at noon Eastern Time a few times a week. Each edition is concise, often focusing on one topic, and capturing what I find interesting, disturbing, or exciting in the world of health for that day. EXAMPLE: One day, I might explore the latest AI-driven nutrition study; the next, I could be diving into the hidden dangers of a popular medication or the lies told by Big Pharma. It is always unpredictable and focused on what matters.

Why DML Health?
My passion for this space has grown since I launched DMLcbd in 2019 and faced my own health challenges in 2022, when I battled serious G.I. issues that forced me to rethink wellness from the ground up. Those experiences ignited a curiosity about the human body, healthcare, and medicine that I’m now channeling into this newsletter. While I won’t offer medical advice, I’ll shine a light on the trends, innovations, and pitfalls shaping our health landscape. I will often share my own stories, or those of people close to me, with the intent of sharing the experiences as a tool for you to ask questions regarding your own decisions. For example, my first newsletter, slated for tomorrow, will look at my very scary experience of taking a statin for high cholesterol.

The DML Health Newsletter is free, written by me, and published by TeamDML Inc. It’s supported by DMLcbd, which means you’ll also get exclusive deals on my Miracle Me Products—because I believe wellness should be accessible. In fact, today we are having a site-wide BOGO at DMLcbd.com. Periodically, to help pay for the costs of sending this newsletter, from time to time (i.e. today), you will see an ad for another newsletter or website. Without these sponsored ad placements, I would not be able to send this for free. So, when and if you click an ad, you help me send this to you, and you will likely help yourself as I vet each ad sponsor to ensure you are not clicking something harmful or bait catching. There is no risk, there is no obligation, and some of the ads you will likely see on my other newsletters.

What you get with this newsletter — odds are — you won’t find elsewhere unless you dig really deep — so let’s navigate this evolving new world of health together. You can unsubscribe at any time.
