Doctors suggest Joe's cancer was covered-up
Written by Dennis Michael Lynch.
ON SUNDAY, JOE BIDEN’S OFFICE ANNOUNCED HE HAS PROSTATE CANCER. The cancer is advanced and has spread to his bones.
I first reported this yesterday in the 47Report Newsletter, shortly after The New York Times broke the news. Today, on the DML Report, I cover how some urologists are saying there’s no way Joe Biden learned of his advanced prostate cancer recently—likely, he and his doctors have known for years, possibly 5 to 10 years.
Urologist Dr. Shusterman said on News Nation last night that it’s “unheard of” for someone with Biden’s level of care to be unaware of prostate cancer 5 or 10 years ago. Thus, it’s reasonable for you to believe Joe Biden, Jill, Hunter, and his White House doctors knew about his prostate cancer but didn’t come clean — putting you, your family, our nation, and the world at risk.
You’re not unreasonable to suspect another cover-up.
Dr. Shusterman stated, “It’s very unlikely someone with annual checkups wouldn’t notice a PSA elevation.” Given Biden’s advanced prostate cancer as of May 19, 2025, it’s nearly impossible he had a normal PSA level in May 2024 while leading the country.
Shusterman noted that only men without regular checkups present with advanced prostate cancer like Biden’s. Considering Biden’s access to top-tier healthcare as vice president and president over the past 5 to 10 years, Shusterman finds it highly unusual for someone of Biden’s stature to suddenly discover prostate cancer that has spread to the bones.
Biden’s prostate cancer is classified as Gleason 9. Dr. Shusterman calls it “unheard of” in modern medicine, particularly for a sitting president, to be unaware of its presence and progression.

GLEASON 9
Even in underserved communities, like inner cities where access to top doctors or specialists is limited, a sudden, unexpected Gleason 9 prostate cancer diagnosis is rare.
“Most likely, he knew he had prostate cancer for a long time,” Dr. Shusterman told News Nation. He explained that progressing from early-stage prostate cancer to a Gleason 9 with bone metastasis typically takes 5 to 10 years. Shusterman urged Biden to release his PSA history to clarify past levels. I am not a doctor, but I am a man who is 55 years young. I have had three PSA tests in the past three years as part of my annual checkups.Biden, given his age, has undoubtedly had multiple PSA tests over many years.
THE MEDS
When News Nation asked Dr. Shusterman if treatments for secretly managed prostate cancer could affect Biden’s cognitive behavior, he replied, “Yes, absolutely.” He explained that drugs used to treat such cancer block testosterone, often causing symptoms like depression, low energy, and fatigue. “He probably has a PSA of 50 or more today,” Shusterman added.
Biden underwent a thorough physical about 14 months ago, with the doctor’s report declaring him “fit for duty” with no new health concerns. However, reports suggest there’s less than a 2% chance of a clean PSA test followed by metastatic prostate cancer this advanced just 14 months later.
Dr. Steven Quay is a physician-scientist and best selling author. Here is what he posted to X last night: “Prostate cancer is the easiest cancer to diagnose when it first starts and to watch it progress to bone metastases. The PSA blood test shows the rate of cancer cell growth. For even with the most aggressive form, it is a 5-7 year journey without treatment before it becomes metastatic. Meaning, it would be malpractice for this patient to show up and be first diagnosed with metastatic disease in May 2025. It is highly likely he was carrying a diagnosis of prostate cancer throughout his White House tenure and the American people were uninformed.”
Also: Consider This…
Discrepancy in Presidential Health Reporting: Unlike previous presidents, such as George W. Bush, who publicly released detailed PSA test results and prostate exam findings (e.g., Bush’s 2001-2007 reports), Biden’s 2021-2024 physical summaries omitted specific urologic details, including PSA levels or digital rectal exam results. This lack of granularity, despite routine screening protocols for presidents, is notable given the aggressive nature of his Gleason 9 diagnosis.
White House Medical Unit Protocols: The White House Medical Unit, staffed by military physicians, follows strict protocols, including annual PSA testing and digital rectal exams for men over 50, especially for someone with Biden’s age and family history of cancer (e.g., Beau Biden’s brain cancer). The absence of reported PSA abnormalities in Biden’s 2021-2024 physicals, despite a subsequent Stage 4 diagnosis, suggests either an unprecedented medical oversight or selective reporting.
Political Timing of Disclosure: The announcement of Biden’s diagnosis on May 18, 2025, coincided with the eve of a book release, Original Sin, alleging a White House cover-up of Biden’s health decline. This timing, coupled with the lack of prior urologic concerns in public reports, fuels speculation about strategic disclosure to deflect from other health-related criticisms.
Hormone Therapy Implications: If Biden was on hormone therapy for prostate cancer during his presidency, as Dr. Shusterman suggested, side effects like cognitive fog and fatigue could have been misattributed to aging or stress, potentially masking a chronic condition from public scrutiny. This aligns with anecdotal reports of Biden’s reduced public appearances in 2024
Some people are saying…
There’s little doubt a cover-up began during Obama’s presidency, when Biden was likely first diagnosed, possibly explaining why Obama endorsed Hillary in 2016 instead of Biden. I’m convinced Biden knew of his condition during his 2020 campaign, which explains his insistence on campaigning from his basement, especially given COVID’s impact on those with underlying conditions.
Ultimately, whether it is a cover-up or not, the optics do not look good. Either way, this newsletter prays that all people who are diagnosed with cancer have success with treatment and can be pain free.
